Olufemi Adesina

Olufemi A. Adesina is a Financial, Marketing and Management professional with over 20 years of
extensive and diverse experience in, Finance, Private Equity, Banking, Venture Capital, Marketing,
Marketing Communication, Sales and Administration.


He started his career with KPMG before moving to the business group of a new generation bank. He
later moved to the Financial Control and Strategic Planning unit of the Bank.

He was the pioneer Managing Director of Fluffy Funds Limited, a private equity firm and has doneextensive, strategic business development in Togo, republique Du Benin and Ghana for a SpanishTrading and Manufacturing group.


He is a fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Fellow of the Certified Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Nigeria.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kensington University, California.

He also sits on the Board of Fluffy Funds Limited, Core Capital Limited, Omoluabi Mortgage Bank Plc, Stonegate Resourcery Limited, Wheely Wheely Logistics Limited and Tahor Designs Limited.

Jeff Ejemai

Jeff Ejemai is a graduate of International Studies and Diplomacy with over 15 years’ experience. He started his early career as a youth corps’ member with the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2000, where he served in different departments and capacities. He joined Hallmark Assurance Plc in 2003 as a Marketing Executive and later became a Senior Marketing Executive with ARM Pensions(a subsidiary of Assets Resource Management) , Kano branch where he rose to become the Team Lead for the Jigawa Office in 2007-2008.

He was a Branch Business Head with Omega Savings and Loans Ltd, (a subsidiary of Omega Bank) between 2008-2009. He joined Resort Savings and Loans Plc as Senior Business Development Manager and later rose in position to an Area Manager of both the Lagos mainland (Ikeja office) and Lagos Island office respectively and later became the Head Treasury and Investment for the Bank. He was also Head of Treasury, Fund Management and Sales of Imperial Mortgage Bank (Formerly GT Homes Limited) in 2018.

Jeff joined Cititrust Holdings Plc as Chief Executive and later became Group Head, Portfolio Management. In May 2020, He was appointed Acting Managing Director of First Option MFB, a subsidiary of CFS Group Plc.

He has several professional certifications which include: Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management (Kaduna Business School), Financial Statement Analysis (FITC), Certificate in Mortgage Loans Processing, Packaging, and Administration, Certificate in Developing Managerial Leadership Skills. He is also a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management and a full member of the Institute of Credit Administration (MICA). He is currently undergoing an MBA degree in Netherlands Business School.

Stephen Omojuyigbe

Stephen Omojuyigbe is a Talent Development expert and a professional member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). HE is a Master Trainer, Speaker and Consultant. He is an INEMLA certified Life Coach. Stephen is a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and specializes in conducting Transformative Interventions for individuals, couples, work teams and organizations. He is an alumnus of the TalentSmart USA ‘Train the Trainer’ program in Emotional Intelligence.

Stephen initially trained as a Chemical Engineer but has worked as a management and Organizational Development Consultant for more than 15 years. He is the founder and Principal Consultant at Imbevent Consulting, a Lagos based Talent and People performance Development firm. The firm focuses on helping companies build ethical leadership and robust people processes and structures that lead to quantum leaps in productivity.

Stephen is a certified project management practitioner from CUPE UK and he is the co- founder and Executive Director at Brick and Mortar International Services, an international Real Estate Development and Management firm.

Stephen is passionate about the development of the human potential and specializes in personal growth and relationship development both in the work place and out of it. As an expert coach, trainer and speaker, Stephen brings into the room a unique blend of personal stories, powerful principles and scientific tools and technique that guarantees his audiences not only education and inspiration but also a Soulmakeover; which is an irreversible transformation from the inside out.

Stephen is an in demand international conference speaker and facilitator and has served/ is serving thousands of individuals as well as various corporate clients including Statoil Limited, Guaranty Trust Bank, Coca Cola, AITEO, NDDC, NNPC and NAPIMS.

He is the founder and Lead Consultant at The Soulmakeover Company, a public service initiative devoted to spreading all over the world timeless truths that empower people for radical life change – from the inside out. He hosts the popular radio show ‘DeepSoul’ which airs on Rhythm 93.7 FM in Lagos. He is happily married with children and the Omojuyigbes make their home in Lagos.

Tayo John Phillips

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Phillips is an experienced construction professional. His wealth of experience cuts across telecoms, construction, hospitality, dredging and land reclamation. 

He is a consultant to a number of companies, some of which are Petrolex Oil and Gas, Nego Dredging Limited and Oliver Hanson Services Limited 

He also sits on the board of Knightsbridge Limited, 501 Corporate Solutions Limited and Trident Limited as Non Executive Director. He is the MD/CEO of Jodanhil Integrated Services Limited.

Ade Adewole is an Estate Management graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun
state. He began his corporate career with Zain Nigeria and then moved on to Portal Realties
Limited where with diligence and hard work, he rose to the position of the General Manager,
Sales Division. He co-founded Capital Metropolis Synergy Limited, a real estate development
and consultancy outfit in Abuja, where he leads the operation of the firm.

Ade Adewole is an avid reader and a masterful speaker and more so a seasoned business
development guru. His expertise in Entrepreneurial development has channeled him towards
public speaking as he conducts trainings and seminars all over Nigeria. He is also a sought-after
board member and management consultant across the country and also a Pan-African leader.

Ade Adewole is self-driven and has an unapologetical desire for success, his business acumen
and strategy prowess has given birth to a top-notch business organization named Commerce
Alliance Limited where he currently serves as the Group Managing Director.

Omololu Shobowale

Shobowale Victor Omololu is a graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from the Lagos State Polytechnic. He started his professional career as a Workshop Supervisor with Gman Electrical Installation, Lagos before he joined Lagos Water Corporation as Plant Manager. He rose within the ranks to become Plant Manager and Zonal Team Lead and currently serves as Plant Manager and Maintenance in one of the major waterworks – Lagos Water Corporation (Iju waterworks).

He has a postgraduate diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and also a certified Health and Safety Executive.

He is currently the independent non-executive director of First Option Microfinance Bank Limited.
