Jeff Ejemai

Jeff Ejemai is a graduate of International Studies and Diplomacy with over 15 years’ experience. He started his early career as a youth corps’ member with the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2000, where he served in different departments and capacities. He joined Hallmark Assurance Plc in 2003 as a Marketing Executive and later became a Senior Marketing Executive with ARM Pensions(a subsidiary of Assets Resource Management) , Kano branch where he rose to become the Team Lead for the Jigawa Office in 2007-2008.

He was a Branch Business Head with Omega Savings and Loans Ltd, (a subsidiary of Omega Bank) between 2008-2009. He joined Resort Savings and Loans Plc as Senior Business Development Manager and later rose in position to an Area Manager of both the Lagos mainland (Ikeja office) and Lagos Island office respectively and later became the Head Treasury and Investment for the Bank. He was also Head of Treasury, Fund Management and Sales of Imperial Mortgage Bank (Formerly GT Homes Limited) in 2018.

Jeff joined Cititrust Holdings Plc as Chief Executive and later became Group Head, Portfolio Management. In May 2020, He was appointed Acting Managing Director of First Option MFB, a subsidiary of CFS Group Plc.

He has several professional certifications which include: Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management (Kaduna Business School), Financial Statement Analysis (FITC), Certificate in Mortgage Loans Processing, Packaging, and Administration, Certificate in Developing Managerial Leadership Skills. He is also a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management and a full member of the Institute of Credit Administration (MICA). He is currently undergoing an MBA degree in Netherlands Business School.

Olaniyi Bello

Olaniyi Bello is an experienced Accountant, Banker and Financial Analyst. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, Bauchi state, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State.

Olaniyi had a stint with Newage Leasing Company Ltd as Head of Operations before joining Seedvest Group as the Financial Controller with responsibility for Financial Reporting and Treasury Management in 2008. He has worked in several financial institutions in the capacity of the Financial controller, notable among them are Jessefield Micro-finance bank, Creditville Limited and Quickfund MFB.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

AJOKE MAGBAGBEOLA

AJOKE MAGBAGBEOLA is the Head, Human Capital Management. She has over a decade experience as an organized Human Resource professional with skills covering HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits & compensation management, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution and HR records management.

She is a builder of positive organizational cultures and structures to aid operational excellence. She is also able to identify and connect with the psychology, strength, and personal quest of people to transform workplaces positively to an environment where people love what they do, grow, and can give their best.

Ajoke is a certified Professional in Human Resources and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) with practical understanding of business needs. She is highly effective in incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives with hands-on developing team building programs, corporate policies, job descriptions and management reports.
